Personal data processing
In force since 30 August 2026
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the forms on this site: your name, company, position, email, phone, a link to a site or profile, a description of your business, a question to the experts and, for a speaker application, a biography, a topic and a photograph. To prevent double voting we store a technical device marker from which an identity cannot be restored.
Why we need it
To compile the participants list, contact you about programme changes, review a speaker application and prepare questions for the debates. There are no other purposes.
What gets published
The site publicly shows only the cards of experts approved by the organisers, and only the details the speaker consented to publish: name, company, position, expertise, topic and photograph. Participants' contact details are never published. Questions are published anonymised and only when marked as public.
Where the data is stored
In the site database on the organiser's server. Only the event administrators have access; the administrative area is password protected. The data is not passed to third parties and is not used for marketing mailings.
How to withdraw consent
Write or call the organisers using the contacts in the site footer — your participation record and, if there is one, your speaker card will be deleted.
